| Conditions of Rega patronage |

| Rega is totally dependent on the financial support
of its patrons in order to be able to operate a professional, round-the-clock
air-rescue service with the best available equipment at its disposal.

| You can become a Rega patron by paying the following
minimum contributions: |

Fr. 70.-- per family (parents
and children under the age of 18 on the day of |

Fr. 40.-- for one-parent families (single
parents and children under the age of 18 on |
| |
the day of payment) |

| In grateful acknowledgement of patrons' support,
Rega shall waive the cost of any emergency services which have
been provided by or organised through Rega on their behalf, in
accordance with the list below, in the event that medical insurances
or any other third party under obligation to pay fail to meet the
costs of the rescue operation, either wholly or in part. |

flights to the nearest suitable hospital |

Rescue operations conducted by rescue
teams from the Swiss Alpine Club (SAC) |

Search flights in collaboration with

Evacuations and
preventative operations where life is in danger |
Flights to recover
dead persons, in agreement with the appropriate authorities |

Flights to recover or rescue injured,
sick or dead livestock and transport them to the |

nearest location that can be reached by another
means of transport, provided that |

the owner of the livestock is a family patron. |

Expert medical advice by Rega's Operations
Centre in the event of medical problems |

arising abroad. |

Medically justified repatriation flights
to Switzerland for patrons domiciled in |
| |
Switzerland and the Principality of
Liechtenstein, as well as for Swiss patrons living |
| |
abroad. |
 |

| |
| Patronage is valid for the current calendar year
and takes effect on the date of payment. In the case of non-renewal,
patronage shall cease to be valid on 15 May of the following year.

| Rega renders its services without any legal obligation,
as these services can only be provided within the limits of the
staffing and technical possibilities, as well as the support resources
available. Rega may be hindered from carrying out rescue missions,
in particular due to operational, medical or meteorological reasons.

| Rega shall organise each rescue mission individually
according to medical, social and operational criteria. Rega determines
how and when the mission is to be carried out. Rega shall also
be entitled to commission other organisations to perform rescue
operations on its behalf. |

| Rega's Operations Centre (emergency no. 1414 within
Switzerland or +41 333 333 333 from abroad) is manned around the
clock, ready to accept calls from anyone in need of help, whether
as a result of an accident or serious illness. |
